    Oregon Promise Grant     Register     Login

    For recent Oregon high school graduates and GED recipients who enroll in an Oregon community college within six months of graduation.

    ORSAA (Oregon Student Aid Application)

    The ORSAA gives eligible undocumented students the ability to apply for the Oregon Opportunity Grant, the Oregon Promise Grant, and certain OSAC scholarships. The ORSAA is used exclusively by the state of Oregon, not the Federal government.

    Common App

    Common App is a non-profit college access organization that helps students apply to college every year. Common App’s free college application tool is designed to make applying to college faster and easier. With Common App you only need to use one system to apply to multiple colleges and universities.

    Mentorship & Leadership Programs:

    College Possible

    College Possible’s Navigate Program serves students across Minnesota, Oregon and Wisconsin using a virtual model. The program engages with students wherever and whenever they need support: through individualized coaching sessions via phone and video conferencing, and engaging curriculum on social media.


    Act Six is a leadership and scholarship program that connects local faith-based community affiliates with faith- and social justice-based colleges to equip emerging urban and community leaders to engage the college campus and their communities at home through a simple but powerful four-part strategy.
