GEA proposed updates to Sections D (Criticism) and I (Non-Discrimination).

GSD proposed language updates to complaints procedure and align compliance with OTIS reports and language update to Representation for clarity.

Article 3: Management Rights TA'd 2/18/26

GEA proposed grammar correction changes on February 18, 2026.

Article 8: Just Cause TA'd 2/18/26

GEA proposed language changes on February 18, 2026 to update the statement "non-renewal of a contract teacher" since there is no process for non-renewal.

GSD countered by updating the language from "non-renewal" to "non-extension".

This article was TA'd with the updated language.

Article 13: Assignment and Transfer TA'd 3/16/26

GEA proposed support for educators who are required to move classrooms by providing two (2) student-free work days or an equivalent amount of compensation at the licensed educator's hourly rate.

GSD countered with providing one (1) student-free work day or an equivalent amount of compensation at the licensed educator's hourly rate.

This article was TA'd with the agreed GSD counter of one (1) student-free day.
